Familystaysg Team would like to share with you, parents, what all of you deserve the most after going through the examination stress with your hardworking darlings – A well deserved Seoul-ful family trip to South Korea! What’s more meaningful than earning real life learning experiences during holiday trips for your children?
SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA
Seoul being the second largest cultural metropolis in the world, the Asian city that never sleeps holds adventures for each and every taste. Whether your child loves the arts or is interested in technology, it’s a recipe to spark the interest.
GWACHEON NATIONAL SCIENCE MUSEUM
Let’s admit it, which boys wouldn’t fancy robots, aircrafts, and dinosaurs! Gwacheon National Museum offers interactive exhibits such as biology, to robotics to traditional sciences activities where children of all ages can learn about science and history.
Under it’s exhibition halls, it is classified into:
a) Permanent Exhibition Hall comprises of six exhibition halls: Basic Sciences Hall, Advanced Technology Hall, Science Park for Kids, Hall of Fame, Traditional Sciences Hall and Natural History Hall.
b) Outdoor Exhibitions comprise of six theme parks! We are as excited as the children as there are Aerospace, Energy, Transportation, History Plaza, Geological Park and personally, I would love to explore the Dinosaur Park.
c) Ecological Learning area consists of insects exhibits and an Eco-Park for hands-on learning as well as an area for resting.
d) Astronomy Facilities consists of an observatory area and if you love star gazing, do make your online reservation for the Night Program. Do your check on how to navigate around before your trip in their Visitor Guide.
