When we heard about the closing of The Polliwogs at East Coast Park, where a number of mums and helpers seen spending time perched at the parents area taking the chill pill where kiddos sprint around the toddler-sized tunnels, ball pit and interactive activity panels for a half day of serious fun, we were devasted as it happen to be the first indoor playground experience with our toddler back when he was 6 months old. But not long after Suntec City opens a new branch, now East Point Mall also welcomes kids and toddlers to a newly launched SPACE themed indoor playground by The Polliwogs. Need no guessing how we felt about this ( for kids to spend that energy away) new exciting indoor play centre while being in such a convenient shopping mall and easily accessible train station ; Simei MRT station – it was an awesome news (lah) ! + plus giveaway alert! go on, read more to find out!
Tuck on the fourth level of East Point Mall right beside the Food Junction, The Polliwogs aims to bring in more SERIOUS fun to this space adventure-land to kids and toddlers in the east! So we head down and check out on last weekend with our team (and toddlers) as we heard about the exhilarating 3-storey high spiral slide which sounded really fun and exciting!
For this media preview event, the vibrant and airy compound had us utterly impressed! Prepare your kids with towels to soak the sweat out as there are toddler-sized tunnels and additional 3-storey high spiral slides, red glossy gradient double slide, large white slide easily fit three kids, four tower gun canons, swinging logs and interactive activity panels within the play centre are available as well. To suit every age, the large toddler area boost of a compact sized ball pit, two merry-go-run, and a discovery wall where the younger ones can exercise their creativity by mixing and fixing the gears on the wall to make them turn! The perfect place for parents & their kids to gather, spent time and play!
While we, had our chance to chill by the parents area, hungrily eyeing on their delish snacks and beverages displayed outside the party/event room, the rainbow cake and pie price from $3+ to $8+ had our mouth watering over. And for the month of April, there will be a 20% off on cafe purchases, so no worries of hungry tummies!
Planning parties for your little ones? Their large party room offers great packages for either birthdays or mini celebrations for little ones to hold their memorable event while enjoying the indoor activities at the play area. (The party room can be separated into 2 rooms) 
Our verdict? We absolutely enjoyed this newly polished indoor play centre as much as our little ones, whom very much explore every inch of this SPACE land, so if you and your mummies’ friends are looking for a place to relax and chill while still able to keep an eye on your mini astronauts, come on over to the new outlet of The Polliwogs in Simei for some serious fun for your kids! (Pls note: no nursing rooms, toilets, and lockers avail but if you need to connect online, don’t forget to grab the wifi password from their friendly staff!)
