Does the famous Manhattan Fish n’ Chips or Amercian style flaming Seafood Platter comes to your mind when we speak of The Manhattan Fish Market restaurant?
Right now! Keep that thought aside as we are introducing their new all weekend Breakfast menu with a selection of 7 Hearty, pocket-friendly and a delectable variety of food; the perfect venue for those who are looking for Family Friendly dining restaurant in Singapore!
Breakfasts are all about eating together, therefore, look upon this new menu which offers Sharing Platters and yummy dishes that will delight both kids and adults with its savory fare. Expect their amicable staff to offer your kids a Manhattan Fish Market balloon as well as a coloring set when you dine here. Taking that extra effort to entertain the little ones, here’s our experience that day at Century Square outlet – we were sold!
Expect to wait for a fair 15 minutes to half an hour for a table during peak hours. The guys at Manhattan also seem to know that service is just as important as the food they serve. Service was prompt and the waiters were quick to serve and check on your order.
Our drinks were the first to arrive – freshly squeezed Orange juice, Latte, and something else totally blown us away – Marshmallow Cocoa (each of these drinks at $3.90) ! Oh, imagine how the Marshmallow melts in the mouth with a tinge of the bitterness from the cocoa powder, and it tasted so yummy. We loved it!
Food lover for ozzy poached eggs, fluffy pancake with a drizzle of maple syrup and savory grilled snail sausages, Eggs Benedict Sharing Platter ($17.95) will be your ultimate breakfast choice! Made with perfection, the velvet egg yolk gashed out when our fork gently run thru it. It was the perfect size and texture resting on top of the crispy turkey bacon, this platter for 2 instantly became our favorite. Instead of hitting on the cheesy hashbrowns, our little one chose the curly grilled sausage.
But if you don’t like melting egg yolk, go with scrambled eggs or sunny side up!
Next up, roll in the ‘kids favorite dish’ – Nutella Banana with French Toast ($4.95), and everyone knows that bananas are the excellent energy booster for brain power. 3 generous spread of thick toast soaked with warm syrupy Nutella, tell me can anyone resist this!
Lastly, if you are looking at a lighter and healthier choice for your first meal, try out their Salmon n Mushroom Sandwich ($8.95), and we tell you this will not disappoint! It was full of nutritious value and the taste was great. Instead of the eggs sandwiched in between the buns, it was placed as on the side in a crunchy tortilla bowl! And how well it complements each other and we so wanted to have another. This salad, juicy sauteed mushrooms, and the soft oregano buns will surely be the ladies favorite!
So, if your family is all out to share scrumptious family-friendly breakfast platters together, then head down and give The Manhattan Fish Market new menu a try this weekend!
