Highlights of the Easter buffet includes creative and delectable Asian egg dishes specially prepared by their culinary team such as Wok-fried Soft Shell Crabs with Salted Egg and Curry Leaf, Braised Pork Belly with Quail Eggs and Dried Mandarin Orange Zest, and Egg White and Salmon Roe Fried Rice.
