Featuring a newly launched Flaming Feast of 4 Nations, starting from our very own local delights to offer your taste buds all the popular choices we all loved! Inspired by unique flavours of Asia, The Manhattan FISH MARKET is having a limited time menu until the end of November.
With August being the first month to push out the 4 Flaming Feast, we had the chance to try out the restaurant’s very own rendition of well-known dishes and ingredients from Singapore – Super Shiok Flaming Platter, is available island-wide in celebration of Singapore’s 51st birthday for only $38.95!
FAMILY FRIENDLY
Taste of Singapore’s popular local flavours, food that represented our nation’s fresh and zesty vibe, all brought together on one platter to share! We never have to give a second thought when family and friends gather, The Manhattan FISH MARKET is always the best choice to hold the pack.
Balloons and Colouring set were given to kiddos during meal time, so parents could better enjoy meal time together. To all those family friendly restaurants we patronised, THE MAHANTTAN FISH MARKET have never failed to entertain their smaller customers as much as the grown-ups – check out that torching flame!
SEAFOOD EXTRAVAGANZA
If you are a Seafood lover, Manhattan’s new dishes Super Shiok Flaming Platter set will blow you away with their briny choices (Sambal leatherjacket fish , Flaming Salted Egg Prawns and Soft Shell Chili Crab!) .
We enjoyed the nutritious Leatherjacket Fish generously topped with sambal sauce, oozing a pinch of spiciness even appeals for non-spicy eaters. The freshly Grilled tiger prawns – other than being the Manhattan’s signature’s flaming prawns, had an iconic torching performance on the generously drizzled creamy salted egg yolk sauce over these giant gems, must say that we are that much impressed!
Completing this platter of local delights are two all-time Singapore favorites, crispy Prawn Paste Chicken in good chunk bits and The Manhattan FISH MARKET’s interpretation of chilli crab, the crunchy deep fried soft shell crab served with a very shiok chili crab sauce will leave you licking your fingers for more! Oh, and we loved how huge the broccolis they give us, though it will be great if we can a bowl of it amidst the sinful seafood extravaganza!
*All Flaming Platters are served on a bed of fragrant Garlic Herb rice and a side of hot veggies.
CRABBY BURGER (KIDS MENU)
Check out this kiddy burger, be awed by the adorable plating! Shaped liked a crab with Japnese cucumbers & carrots spread out liked the crab’s pincers. Who wouldn’t want to take a bite on the delicious fried dory fillet and cranberry coleslaw between the fluffy oregano buns? This Crabby burger $7.95 comes along with a choice of Orange Juice, Coke, Sprite or Iced Lemon Tea. Though our little one didn’t fancy the coleslaw but he definitely had a liking on the chips!
SUMMER COOLERS
Cool off the heat with these flavory summer coolers! Every one of these definitely be our must-order drink the next time we come again!
1. Passionate Peach
A delightful Chamomile tea and lemongrass infusion perked up with the fruity fragrance of peach and passionfruit; sure to boost your immune system and keep you young.
2. Happiness Infusion (LADIES FAVORITE!)
A sip of Earl Grey tea with lemongrass infusion, kissed by the sweetness of strawberry and lychee, will boost your mood and take your stress away!
3. Sunset By The Bay
There is nothing more relaxing than sipping on our Earl Grey tea mixed with peachy fruit bites, as the beautiful crimson sun dips into the deep blue ocean.
4. Lemongrass Cooler
Infused with natural flavors of lemongrass, lychee and aloe vera, our icy Chamomile tea helps to improve digestion and promote healthier skin.

All four flaming platters will be available till 30 November 2016.
