We were invited on the Halloween night to preview their new attraction. Located within The Little Red Cube building with air-conditioning facilities unlike those themes parks under the scorching sun, we head up to level 2 in excitement towards Sanrio Hello Kitty Town! Tons of photo-worthy opportunities awaiting us!
Let’s check out the deets we scooped for you in the land of the lost chapters…

Hello Kitty in Oz: The Lost Chapter takes place after Dorothy defeats the Wicked Witch and returns home. There have been widespread rumors that the Land of Oz is ending and Hello Kitty the Great Witch is very worried. In a decision made with a heavy heart, she removes a chapter from the Great Book of Oz hoping to alter the ending. However, her actions proved to be detrimental as the Emerald City Machine malfunctions and Oz is plunged into chaos. To help her on her quest to save Oz, she calls on her brave heroes to band together to save Oz.

In order to save the magical Land, Hello Kitty in Oz attraction features FOUR interactive games suitable for both children and adults.

Each of us is given the amulet – a mini wizard as a tap card before we play the games in the Land of the Lost Chapter. Points will be recorded into our mini wizard and to return when we completed all the task. The points will be calculated to decide whether we won or lost. Sooo…Let’s go!

Kuromi’s Tent
Right outside of the Munchkin Village, you will spot Kuromi the Fortune Teller’s tent, head in for a game to test your memory. Be focus and do not fall for her readings!
Wood Factory
Tin Man has abandoned his post, The Great Witch needs our strength and determination to get that chopping of woods to warm up the hearths of Oz. The more accurate we are in following the lines on the screen to chop those woods the closer we are to helping to save Oz.
Corn house
Next we stumbled onto the farmer’s humble abode, and were taught to take control of the heat for a golden tasty corn – By fanning our hands under the stove with some imaginary fire on the screen we need to be extra careful that we do not overcook or undercook them!
Emerald City
After travelling into the far land of Oz, we’ve finally arrived at the gateway to the Emerald City! We had to capture the letters on the lost chapters on the screen to save Oz by tapping the button on the table – and avoid the flying fishes!
Many more photo opportunities for Hello Kitty fans where you will get your chance for a welfie with these adorable scarecrow kitties in which the photos are yours to bring home to later.
Note – Flying fishes are around to distract you when you enter the emerald city, So do hurry to snap a shot with melody and move on to save Oz!
When you are done chopping wood and heating corns, go on and head over to their dedicated retail store that carries limited edition Hello Kitty in Oz collectible merchandise. So whether you want their exclusive photo frames, tote bags, stationaries to phone cases and other collectibles for yourself, feel free to get them at “Oz World Alley”.
Take a look at what we brought home. There are character badges of Tin man, Cowardly Lion and Scarecrow given to each of us when we enter the theme park. Splitting up into 3 groups, we were told to follow 3 different guides to try out their games as well as the site tour of Hello Kitty Town.
Following a highly themed Hello Kitty Town there are many more attractions other than the interactive games in Hello Kitty In Oz, look out for Friendship Land, Kitty’s House, Dream Photo Garden…..
